This used to be so easy. Now it is a nightmare. I have an kindle on my ipad connected to amazon. I am trying to buy a book on my amazon app on my phone and ipad both are saying this app does not support purchasing books purchased from Amazon are available to read on the kindle app. That makes no sense. It is an amazon app and I have a kindle app What The Funicular

This is Apple and Amazon having a fall out over Apple's fees - Amazon won't pay them.

You can buy your Kindle from a Windows PC or laptop and Android phones and tablets. Also Chromebooks.

Just make sure the device is linked with your Amazon Kindle account

You will still be able to read them on your Apple devices
