Ok, I admit it, I had a cheap snigger at the title of this post...
^^ lol. rinse your mind out, B00.

I'd use cardboard photo corners for the calendars. That way, people can keep the photos at the end of the year.

you have a dirty mind BOO, far to early to be thinking such thoughts

nice one Naz that would look pretty good.
Yes i know, im sorry.

Naz's suggestion is a good one, hope you get others so you can ignore my childish sense of humour.

Aain sorry.
Now I have really weird images....

I'd go with Naz's suggestion...
uhho best i find
If there is glass in the frame, don't use any thing on the poster, just leave it loose. If you want to stick the photos onto the calendar then double sided tape is cheap and easy, get the scrapbooking stuff, the Range keep it or get it online. spray glue is quite messy to use as well

??
scrap booking glue dots are good too you can also get stick on corner embellishments in gold or silver that would hold a photo in place or would decorate the card corners suggested by Naz
As an alternative there's also Bostic Art White Glue, a PVA glue for Arts and Crafts but the photos would be permanently stuck.
`UHu` Naz.
Ah, I was looking for a deeper meaning, sorry, lol.
If you are too tight to invest in spray mount I doubt my suggestion will find favour!

I say go to an on line site such as Kodakgallery.co.uk, upload your photos and BUY (yes BUY) a calendar which will be PROFESSIONALLY printed. There really are very reasonably priced.
<cough> buy something? Are you madder than Mr Mad who lives at Madville?

Thank you for your input mjwman, most helpful, (not). We are pensioners and have to do Christmas presents on a budget, have you seen the price of spray glue. I have already bought the calendar so your other suggestion is not feasable. But I do like some of the reasonable ideas, so thanks all.
OK so you do not fafour my idea. But some double sided tape then. Sorted!
Just checked it out and 1-2 calendars are £14.99 each so twice the price of spratmount. OK Sorry I see where you are coming from.
Double sided tape then.
Translation. But some= buy some. Sprat mount=spray mount. Sorry my typing finger is not working well this moaning!
I used to mount photographs for club competitions with Evo stik.

Spread a SMALL amount VERY thinly, using the edge of a bit of cardboard on the photo and also on whatever you're sticking it to.

Let the surfaces dry, then position the photo very carefully in place . Rub lightly with a cloth to get rid of any bubbles.

You get an instant and permanent job - it will still be stuck when the calendar is history!

I used to mount 20"x16" photos this way, but if the poster is just lightweight paper, I wouldn't recommend it. framing it under glass would be better.
