Chilian Pine (brown spots formed on leaves/branches)

My Clilian Pine which is approx 8 years old and ove 2 metres in heaight started showing brown spots which over a few months have spread rapidly to a lot of the branches.
I am afraid that I am going to lose it.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I may treat it?

Any help would be appreciated.
