strange fruit tree

I asked a question about a strange fruit tree in my yard- more data is needed. It looks like a raspberry in shape, is salmon colored, smells like a peach, tastes like a peach, even has a pit in the center, do not know what the flowers look like yet, moved in during the summer- its not a mulberry, but thanks for your answers, oh, and I live in Upstate New York.
