My cordyline has flowered for the 1st time. What do i do when it has finished flowering? It has also pulled the plant over to one side.

hi from my experience i have always removed the flower heads once flowered or even before,as they can be quite a drain on the palm.Cut them back as far into the palm as possible..hope this is of some help.
