i have a black dragon wisteria would like to train it in a umbrella style but can not find supplers to buy one can any one help

You will probably find that as the demand for this type of support is low,( weeping types of plants seem to have disappeared from the garden) it will be easier to make one with light reinforcing rods of varying gauges or with timber, canes or bamboo.
