Yucca. It will need a deep, well-drained container (put crocks in the bottom of the pot) and can be moved outdoors in the summer. In winter it requires an unheated and well-lit spot.
So it's warm in the summer and cool in the winter and provide as much light as possible.
Water liberally from spring to autumn and sparingly in the winter.
Not necessary to mist.
Repot in spring every 2 years.
Propagation: Remove and pot up offshoots.
When I had a Yucca a few years ago I remember wiping the leaves with cotton wool dampened with milk to keep the leaves looking nice and shiny you only need to do this about once a month or two
