Plant Labels

I've seen some nice labels/markers for the garden, but unsure of how durable they might be, when in contact with the soil,

Anyone tried them, they are made out of bamboo.

They should be okay, bamboo can be more durable compared to other materials anyway

Come to think of it, garden canes seem to rot at ground level within about one season, so I'm not sure if they would do any better

In my limited experience there seems no obvious answer to plant labelling. Natural stuff will rot eventually, plastic crumbles, probably due to sunlight. Best think of them as limited life disposable items.

 

That stated, I wonder how copper ones would fare.
