Since nobody's playing, I had Homecare 3 until we got a new boiler a couple of years ago and told them not to bother when they levied a £60 callout charge over and above the £360ish per annum.

Our installer services the boiler to keep the extended warranty right for £100/year.

Hopefully this is of some use to you.
