Unknown bush/shrub

We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

sis has a wreath of sprouts on her front door (though a couple have made a break for freedom). Also comedy glasses with pictures of sprouts on for guests to wear, and pictures of sprouts on the Christmas crackers. She is trying so hard to assimilate she will be voting for Brexit next!

Evening all
Hope you've all had a lovely day.Every year I cook the Christmas dinner and every year I say ...never again.. but it turned out well.We had a lovely rib of beef and I managed not to shoot the yorkshires all over the floor this year:)
We are now the proud owners of a new toaster and a Britex water filter jug and cartridges.My crew have gone back to Norwich having cleaned us out at cards.
I see George Michael has died. So many famous people gone this year.
I'm bushed and off to my bed ,sleep tight.

Lovely bright sunny day although very cold after yesterdays mild temps .
Mr S went for a stroll down to sea front ,lots of people taking the air but too cold for me to go down there.
Quiet day for us ,pick your own scraps and catch up tv.
Yes it's very sad about George Michael.So many famous names in the music business gone this year.

Happy anniversary Shaney and Mr S. Sunny and pleasant here. Postman delivered my new phablet from Dubai (via Barcelona to avoid customs). Gosh its so different as apparently bits new put only on Dubai at the moment. Its dual sim but I cannot get UK sim in the damn thing. Will try again tomorrow. On old phone at present as new one is charging. I have made the obligatory Turkey curry which I absolutely adore, best part of Xmas. TV is dire at tr moment. And the damned cat had me up 4 times last night!!!

Evenin all...hope you're all ok. Not sure where yesterday went, listening to George Michael music on the radio mostly.
We've been to the Tarquins today to play with toys and watch the boys stuff their faces like hamsters. :) Due to a family member's medical timetable they're having their official xmas dinner in a couple of weeks.

I'm still dragging myself about and sitting with hot packs, this is a long and miserable flare up. Sis bought me a lovely luxurious faux fur throw too so I'm spending a lot of time underneath it :).

Poor Robin, you are having na bad time odd it and yes anfaux fur blanket is perfect for snuggling! Thanks for the Holby reminder. No more mention of boys stuffing their faces I have had to eat the last of the Kings cake which should be eaten until 5th jan! Will have to buy another one!
