I have (unfortunately) the stone square sets (about 8 in X 8 inch) in my drive way and a good part of the back garden. They are filthy looking and I can't revive them. Have tried bleach and scrubbing. Also I spend hours and hours each spring scraping to try to get rid of the moss and weeds between them I have used a variety of weedkiller and bleach but they always return. Any help would be appreciated to get rid of both problems.

You say filthy, dos that mean ground in soil, moss algae etc, the type of "filth" would depend on the cleaning technique used.
Pressure washer to clean the paving stones. Afterwards, brush in some dry soft sand in the joints, you can use kiln dried sand but it's more expensive.

Finally finish off with something like pathclear weed killer, which should be renewed annually.

I pressure wash my brick pavoir every 3yrs, and renew the weed killer annually.
Pressure washer perhaps...
If the pressure washer wont clean it, get a steam cleaner, that will make it sparkle!!

Thanks all. It's ground in dirt, soil, coal dust you name it. Someone told me that using a pressure washer will make the blocks porous and let in more dirt. Is this true? I have a steamer. Will give it a go. Any particular weedkiller?
Ive never heard that about a pressure washer! Roundup is the best weedkiller.
Pressure washers are brilliant - they bring up colours in paving you had no idea were there. Wear old clothes though, you get filthy!
