241 Worcester Boiler - Low pressure

The pressure has dropped to 0.5, we have a key that slots into a pipe but we dont know which pipe or where it is positioned. Can anyone help please?

If you flap down the grille underneath the boiler, you will find the place that this 'key' locks into. I assume that you have a thing that looks like a short length of plastic pipe with a handle attached to it. This piece of pipe bridges a gap between 2 pieces of pipework. You push it into position. Then locate the knurled tap which is close to the one of the ends of the pipe. Opening up the tap allows water to flow across the 'bridge' that you have just formed by inserting the key. Repressurise until the dial gauge goes back to 1.0 Bar, then screw the tap off and remove the bridge key. It will drip a bit as you do it.
Sealed systems don't suddenly drop pressure unless there is a fault that allowed water to escape from somewhere else.
