I live in a small row of terrace houses and my house is the last one.I had an extention built some years ago and the only door to my property now looks up the row due to it being at right angles.
My neigbour has had a new boiler fitted and the flue is at ground level and all the steam/fumes now flow towards and into my entry point. This now means my door has to stay closed. Is this legal.

There are minimum distances involved here, but you don't say what the distance is between the door and the flue (or between the flue and the boundary of the plot).
Since it is a replacement boiler it is very likely it was legal before so it will be now.
New boilers are condensing types so produce a plume of visible water droplets - disconcerting perhaps, but no different from before -you just couldn't see it before.

Thanks for thr reply buildersmate.
the previous boiler was in a bedroom upstairs so there was no problem.
our door is possibly 10ft away from the flue in question.
i would have thought 10 feet was ok - my flue is less than 10 foot away from my back door

The problem is our door is at right angles to the rest of the row of houses and the fumes come straight into our house.
If our door was like everyonne elses then the fumes would blow right past.
