Does anyone know if it's possible to get a copy of plans for an extension that was done about 15 years ago? We want to adapt our kitchen extension and it would be useful to see if an RSJ was used for the archway. If not, how can you tell if there is an RSJ? Basically, I want to get rid of the archway!!

Contact your local District Council........Building Control dept.
Most councils keep records on microfiche, and will send you a copy for a small fee. :o)
