combi boiler problem!

Hi, Can anyone recommend a combi boiler specialist in the Durham, Teesside area - had three clowns out who appear to be guessing! Getting desperate now, please help!!

Ive got limited knowledge of combi boilers but it sounds as if you have an air lock.When its switched on to its heating cycle does it make loud banging noises ???
also if your topping up your system and there are no obvious leaks on the inside try looking on the ouside.Combi boilers usually have a safety relief valve which releases pressure in the system,if this is faulty it would release the water outside .
