I have recently bought a summer house and use it as a craft room. We have electricity in it and I was wondering what would be the cheapest way to heat it - will be on all the time during the cold weather! Please help!! So many methods don't know which is the best!?!?

Not sure about heating it - but good insulation would make a big difference.
In terms of converting energy sources into usable heat, the cost sequence is probably (best first) gas, oil, off-peak electricity, peak electricity, propane. But this doesn't take into account the capital cost of installing it and some energy sources may not be available to you. From what you want to use it for, probably off-peak electricity, but I'd concentrate on MMS says above first. All heat going in has to get lost somewhere.
We have a cold conservatory. To use it this time of the year we use a calor gas heater which does the trick if you don't mind the smell..
Cheapest way to heat it is to heat yourself... that is, put an extra layer of clothes on
