It's probably expanded due to the wet weather. You can take a bit off with a surform or something similar. Slide a piece of paper down the gap between door and frame to find the tight parts and take a bit off the door.
i would not take any off it as it will settle down and in the better weather will go back to normal.

Wait until the weather improves slightly and there is no rain (????), then get hold of a candle and rub it all over the leading edge of the door - and perhaps on the frame rebate as well. As Norman the dog says, do not take anything off, as in the spring, you will find the door is very "loose" in the door frame.

As said above it is most likely due to the wet weather, you are quite safe to plane off enough to ease the door, this will make no significant difference to the door when it dries out, if you don't correct the door now you will get the problem every year.
If the door isn't too stiff you can spray Sylicone lubricant on it is non oily dry lubricant. it could save you hving to repaint the edge you would have plained off. try this link

If you do need to shave some off then make sure you seal the wood or it will expand again.
