is there a certain order to bleed radiators??

No not really, you just bleed any that need it.
Air will normally be the highest one - would start there and work back towards the boiler
It's not ait, it's hydrogen caused by the radiators rotting. If you put corrosion inhibitor in he header tank (I always use Fernox 1B) you probably won't need to bleed them iin future. We've lived in our house for about 30 years, used Fernox every 7 or so and never needed to bleed.
