Not a question to be fair, more an opinion.

I had some work done by Autoglass this week and I must say that the service was excellent! Easy to arrange, helpful call centre staff. You choose the time and location for repair. They were polite and punctual and the repair was faultless. It is hassle free all they required was my signature and as I am fully comp it doesnt cost a penny or effect your No claims bonus.

I thought there would be a catch when listening to their radio advetisments, but have to say top notch service

I too have never had anything but excellent service from them.
I used them for years while looking after a fleet of vehicles and I have nothing but praise for them.
Always had good service from them.
Only had cause to use them once. Some moron decided it was a good idea to break a front quarterlight on my old Volvo and have a rummage through my glovebox.
'Phoned them on a New Years Day morning and they were round within an hour replacing the window. Faultless service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
A few years ago they were quite happy to come to you to replace the screen. Now you are lucky to have it replaced within a week and even then want you to go to their premises. They make some excuse about the glue. It certainly saves on their costs with many fewer drivers but its not reflected in the price paid for a new one.
I have used them several times over the years, and I have always been happy with their work.
Did you get the free Bosch wiper blades they've been advertising on TV all day today?

When I needed them they came n brought the wrong glass then when they got the correct one they didn't fit the rain sensor back on, so not overly impressed with them
I had them come to my house some years ago to replace a rear nearside passenger door window that some low life had broken during the night. I spent ages removing all the broken glass before he arrived.

The replacement glass needed a small hole drilling in it to attach some fitting or other. Whilst drilling the hole he smashed the replacement glass too. I spent more time clearing up the glass whilst he was away fetching the new glass.
