There are a number of 1st edtions around - and occasionally they come to sale and fetch northwards of a £1/4 of a mill. There are issues in Kings Cambridge, Oxford (I presume the Bodleian) and Westminster (presume the Abbey)
Try Google for reproductions

I bet there is a first edition in the British Library at Euston.

Also thanks to Ank...Mos..Buench..Golden Shred and Upforit. I found it is 17.5 by 12 by 5 inches, weighs 30lbs and normally cost 12 shillings with better detail costing Ely Cathedral 50 shillings. The first edition had a missprint Ruth 3.15 and later editions had many comedy missprints.
Rude Ruth perhaps?

Moses went up the mountain and came down.

The Israelites were agog.

"I have some good news and bad news."

"The good news is that he, Yahweh, Allah, whoever, has reduced the number of commandments to 10."

"The bad news is that adultery is still there."

Try telling that one to a Muslin, especially on the Sha'bbat
"Thou SHALT commit adultery" was one of the commandments. I think I am going to like this King James person, whoever he was.
DT Shabbat is Jewish, not Muslim so how does that work the
n?
technically you are right but Sabbath or Shabbat can be used for any Abrahamic faith

The Muslims do use the word, but more exactly, jumu'ah (Arabic: جمعة ).
I quote,

Many people do not know that the Friday in the Arabic week is the sixth day of the week rather than the seventh day. Also many people do not know that the word “Sabt” in Arabic as well as its counterpart “Sabbath” in Hebrew means “REST”. The word Sabt or Sabbath has been used in the Quran five (5) times and all refer to the violation of the Sabbath and the punishment rendered by God for this transgression.

There is an exhibition at the Bodleian Library, Oxford, April 22 to September 4, 2011, but I have not read if they have a first edition on show of the King James.
