Spearhead 3 Military Badge?

I have come across a badge that appears to be a military badge, but I am not too sure and am having difficulty identifying it, so wondered if anyone could help?

It is triangular in shape and is red, blue and yellow. It reads SPEARHEAD across the bottom. It then has what appears to be tank 'treads' in the centre with a cannon on them with a flash of lightning on it in red with the letter 3.

So if that makes any sense to you I'd love to hear your ideas!
