After his acquittal for the assassination of Talaat Bey, Soghomon Tehlirian stayed in the Armenian Church in Manchester before travelling on to America.
What Church was this?
Is it still there?
Are there any contemporary reports of the occaision?
Thanks.

But how freaky is that! My Dad's great great grandad came from Appleton, and his son was the game keeper at Appleton hall in the early 1900s. My cousins still live there, and many of my Dad's paternal ancestors are buried in HillCliffe Baptist cemetary in Appleton, small world!
I may be having a senior moment, but didn't this church community feature briefly in 'Who do you think you are ' / David Dickinson?
