Railways, paved roads, flight, medicine beyond the very primitive and herbal, fresh food in winter, central heating chimneys (they were very rare before 1500), exotic fruits and vegetables (potatoes tomatoes included) universal literacy, mass-produced books (process in its infancy), refrigerators, ice in summer, anything American, income tax, universal trial by jury, the common law (these last two until after 1150 or so), Protestantism, the motor car and the Teletubbies spring to mind.
