Have just found a load of redcurrants in my freezer. Any ideas what I can do with them - don't like redcurrant jelly and don't eat much meat so redcurrant sauce is out too. Would prefer something sweet if possible, but not summer pudding as I already have loads of the filling already made in the freezer

How about mixing them with chopped cooking
apples, some sugar and nutmeg to make a
tasty base for a fruit crumble pudding.
Make a fruit cooler.

Leave them frozen and put in a high bowl.
Put in a banana and some orange or pineapple juice.

Mix with handmixer.
Add more juice if needed.
Add a little sugar if desired!

I make that with all kind of frozen fruit.
Strawberries, Raspberries, blueberries.
My son loves it as dessert.
