I think it was Blondi.

Just checked. It was Blondi. It was given to Hitler by Martin Bormann in 1941. When Hitler decided to commit suicide he didn't trust the pills to work, so he tried them on Blondi, succesfully as it turned out. In the event, he changed his mind about poison and gave the pills to Eva Braun and used a gun on himself.
