what was the first song to be performed in space? i have a feeling that it may have been a song that was performed by either buzz aldrin or Neil armstrong whilst walking on the moon.

The only song I can think of was sung by Pete Conrad and/or Al Bean on Apollo 12(On the moon 19-20 Nov '69). One of them sang "I was walking on the moon one day, In the merry, merry month of May..er..November"
I think "Happy Birthday To You" may have been the first to be performed in space, though I'm pretty sure it was on a rocket, not on the surface of the moon.
