Four, two back legs and two front legs.

It would depend on what species of dragon it was, I suppose!

xx

The Red Dragon of Wales has 4 apart from The Red Dragon club on the RAF St Athan airbase which when I frequented it has dozens.
They should have, as most have suggested, four... but since you live in England with St. George and all, it's hard to tell... maybe three?
Is that real dragon or a dragonfly (which have loads of legs)?
Hey! dont forget the seaside landlady

A Wyvern has two legs.

Ummm.......I hate to point this out girls and guys but they don't actually exist so there is no correct answer surely....
depends on the type of dragon/ culture it originated in. traditionally, western dragons, usually have 4, sometimes 2, maybe even none if they are depicted more as a snake with wings. eastern dragons can have 2, 4, 6 or any multiple of that really, depending on how long the dragon is.

I beg to differ, Danni79... right here in the U.S. of A we have all the proof you could ever need for both good St. George and dragons...

See, I told you so!

..... and here's a genuine St George and the Dragon ....

From recollection, the last time I saw the mother in law she had two.....................

I'll get my coat!

Surely a dragon has two back legs and two wings, with little stumpy claw things at the front. You can't call them legs as well can you? My answer is two
My husband has always called my mother the old dragon ( she used to work in a pub which sold "Red Dragon Bitter) so I would say two legs.

all of them ! can you imagine being chased by a dragon thas hasnt got enough ?

it would be like being chased by a centepede with a wooden leg. 99 "CLUMP" only the centepede would have to be a giant one or you wouldnt hear his little legs making a sound. i suppose its wooden leg would make a sound, but it wouldnt be a clump. more like a little click.

dragons could, in theory fly to their intended target. but i dont think its wings are big enough to carry its massive weight.

according to scientists, a bumble bee shouldnt be able to fly. the wing to body size dont make for a flying machine. someone should tell the bee`s they cant fly !

i hate wasps !!!

Two hind legs and a pair of arm/wings combo is best for Dragons.
All the dragons in my herd have 4, 2 in front and 2 in back, the wings are seperate. And they are big enough to lift off ground.Using Brimstone rock chunks, they chew and it goes to a sep. stomache and it creates fire.
Those who don't appreciate dragone might end up with no Christmas presents this year! - or so a special friend on mine says!

I like dragons ! AFAIK the big 'dragons' have four legs and separate wings, but the smaller species - the 'wyvern' has just two legs. I used to have a Vauxhall Wyvern and the logo showed a two legs / two wings thingy, though the usual Vauxhall mascot is a Griffin - four legs (stands upright on back two) and no wings.
