Also, (see ABweird previous Q.) How come AB can, and do, read, edit, and post our questions in the blink of an eye? How would they fund such a massively efficient team? Your average newsgroup usually take 24 hours not 2 seconds..

All messages get posted, with an automatic filter to remove unsuitable ones. Then later they are read and some are removed again which may have been missed, eg ones without key words but which are still not suitable
