Today Is Our Missing Summer....

....neighbours mowing lawns......barbecues smoking.....dog walkers strolling along cheerily instead of fighting the wind and rain.....

I found a large and very long rock so I have postcreted it into a border to begin my own little Stonehenge.....and have my turf fire pit ready for this evening on the patio.....

Yes, its lovely and sunny and warm again here too.I can hear the ice cream mans chimes as he stops round our estate, everyone has loads of washing out on their linesIts forecast to be even warmer tomorrow too.

The sun is out, but it's not been warm...only about 15-16deg. I've had a jumper on all day.

I've taken the handles off two old frying pans so I'm off now to spray them red....or black and turn them into bird baths.....just need the birds now....x
