I don't know if it works while your sleeping but could you listen to them when your'e awake, what exam is it?

tried this once you end up more stressed when you listen to revision tapes whist your about to go asleep. and end up losing sleep which trust me you need the night before an exam. Better to listen to these tapes when your doing day to day stuff, like on the bus or walking to college etc

Good luck with your exam!!!

I always used to find that writing things out again was great for remembering them.
the process of making the tapes would probably be better than the listening of them. though if you can listen without getting too stressed and into them, that would be great - but not the night before as sparkle says!
i regularly fall asleep watching TV and when people tell me what has happened in the programme i missed, I have no recollection of it.  I can't see how this would work!
