Not too bad, thanks, Jan - bit of a bad back the last few days, painkillers not quite hitting the spot - yet (and if Sqad is looking in, i'm on 500/30 co-codamol and 400mg ibuprofen 4 times a day)
Morning Knuckles - how's the hand this morning? Was going to cut the grass last night, but just as I got the mower out, the rain started - gutted. In fact so gutted, I sat down on my stool in the kitchen and did 4 hours worth of paperwork instead!!
Morning alba xx
weslhy, sorry to hear about your back. Take VERY good care of it. The pain can really knock you sideways sometimes can't it? Hope you feel better soon. I'm sure Doctor Sqad will answer your questions though.
Sweetcheeks, hand is improving thank you, however, the older alba bumped the ironing board last night and iron fell off and landed on my shoeless foot.

Morning jan xxx Welshie and albs xxx We were told it would rain last night, so I didn't bother watering the garden. It didn't, so I'll have to do it before I go out. Not much chance of seeing the sun though.
It's the Solstice Walk at the Hospice this evening. I'm looking forward to that. Pound to a penny it rains!
My back has been letting my know it's there for about twenty years. I think I'd miss it now if it stopped! :o}
I've had trouble with my back over the last 30 years, Boaty. Specialist at the hospital said it was down to constant impact injuries from all the sport I used to play when I was a fit young lad....ahhh those were the days.......
