Morning WTBM....just seen on the news, it's flooded around you're area, it
showed Tewkesbury, very bad, hope it's not as bad where you are.

Dry up to now here in cheshire, a beautiful day yesterday.

Morning chi. xxx It's a tad damp right enough! I'm OK where I am, my bungalow is 280 feet above sea level. Tewkesbury is in trouble again and Gloucester is getting nervous.
Enjoy the sunshine if you get any. It was lovely here yesterday afternoon. I went for a walk down the lane to look out over the Severn Vale to the Forest of Dean and the Welsh mountains. One of my favourite views.

Morning Boaty, morning chi-chi. Fishnets all working again!! Dry as a bone here too Boaty, very windy though. Like chi-chi said, beautiful day here yesterday and promises to be dry most of the day with the possibility of a quick shower or two. Hope Tewkesbury area doesn't get as bad as a few years ago. Canal levels won't be affected will they, Boaty?

Morning Welshie. Good to see you back. The canals will be OK, there are overflow sluices to take care of it. During the '07 floods the G&S was closed to shipping and both locks opened to allow water from the Severn at Gloucester to run down to the river at Sharpness, bypassing the city. It was quite a sight!

Morning Welshy...Caught a clip of Jonathon Ross yesterday am, gloating, that
it was dry in London and the South, but raining in the North!! Where does this man get his info?
Glad this fishnets are working again!!

Can't stand Jonathon Woss either - over-inflated ego, over-inflated wage packet and a waste of space in my humble opinion. Boaty - jump the bridges like they do in Scooby Doo and the like. Ooooooby Ooooo!!!! (sorry, mis-spent youth!!)

At least Brand had the decency to resign. woss should have been kicked out and banned from ever darkening our screens again. The people responsible for allowing him to remain should also be told to join the dole queue.

Morning All, well very wet and windy here in Essex again. Had a beautiful day yesterday, brilliant sunshine,I guess that could have been our summer!!! All this rain and we still have a hose pipe ban---not that we need hose pipes at the moment!! Hope you all have a good day, and keep dry if you can.

Morning mumsie. Boaty, they've taken me a way once, many years ago but i've recovered now (allegedly). No Noraq this morning - her fishnets must have come down - or maybe she's had another power cut and slept in!!

Morning WBWx and all .Heavy rain here in Leics in the night and still raining. I think we have all had enough now. We will forget about all this when sitting in the hot sun later if we get any summer. Got to brave it out later in afternoon so hope it brightens up .Have a nice day all.
