the cps lied? the cps were witnesses? very confusing
i
if you mea the accuser, xhances of them being charged are zero
I'd move on if it was me.

How did the saga of the second hand car end up?
The police couldn’t charge for perverting the course of justice.
Theoretically, they could go for wasting police time but that seems unlikely too. So many cases are brought to their attention and then abandoned.
You're best bet is move on.
I wd put it at nil

you are expected to be grateful for the chance to prove yourself innocent. You also dont get costs
a GP spent £94 000 to show he was innocent
and the authorities said so what
and the GPs wife said - it wasnt how we expected to spend our life savings

get the dog - give it a kissy wissy - and get on with your life ....

'Perverting the course of Justice' is a VERY VERY serious charge, but it is also exceptionally difficult to prove !! The chance of the Police pressing a charge of perverting the course of justice is ZERO !!! Especially in a minor assault case !!
