M C emigrates 189x to SA just in time to fight in the Boer War
on the Dutch side ! But not in the Irish Brigade which appears to be a six mo long p+ss up for the Irish emigrants.

I have tried what ROI records I have but no luck
There is a lot of information on ancestry.
Died Nylstroon Limpopo South Africa 1955
Father John 1843. Mother Ellan Egan 1856-1928
He had 2 brothers and 3 sisters

erm, yes I think that is my family [ SA ] ... many thanks anyway.
My father re immigrated from SA to London 1936.
