Number 3 enquiry in taking my main family names back further - can anyone help with this one:

m. UNKNOWN, Martha

This is all I know about them ...... excpt that:

Had the following son (who is my direct ancestor):

Church Preen Ludlow
m. Bishop, Ann (b. 24 March 1763) 08 Sep 1785
Ludlow, Shropshire

Ann's parents were:
Bishop, Richard
b. 1735 Burial 19 Feb 1767
m. Williams, Mary (b. 1739)
05 May 1760

Ann's siblings were Wm, Margaret and Mary and Job's siblings were Wm, Charles, David, Richard, John, Samuel, Thomas and Martha.

Really grateful for any help in taking this ine back further - TIA

IGI Batch Poo6801 has a baptism for John Hammonds on 17 Jul 1709 Ludlow, also possible siblings, 45 Hammond baptisms in general.

FMP has a marriage for a John Hamonds & Elizabeth Blithe in 1702 at Stanton Lacy [taken from Boyds M I]
