Cannot access Xbox live marketplace

As the title says, I am unable to access the Xbox live Marketplace. Whenever I click on it, it sends me back to my dashboard.

There's no error message or anything.

I live in Aiken, SC and people around me can access the marketplace, so its not regional issues, but thats all I know.
