Nintendo DS Games Case/Cover

I bought Mario Kart DS today and the case what black. This seems original because it has the Nintendo packaging and I bought it from Woolworths, btw I'm from the UK. Most of the Mario Kart DS case/covers are clear. Is there something I'm missing here? Is mines an import or a fake, or is the case new or old.

was the game factory sealed? or did woolworths take the game from a drawer and put it in the case theselves. It could be that woolworth have replaced the case themselves.

I think it is ok, its legit, but I want a clear case for it, and also woolworths sell it for too much so I'm returning it and going to get it elsewhere possibly hmv. Thanks for the answer though! =)
