I had a Nintendo Wii for christmas along with a 32"HD TV.
For some reason my games are blurry, I heard that component cables make a difference. But how much? I mean it's HD for hells sake, i bought it for the quality so i don't want to go out and buy 30 quid cables.

Any Help will be much appreciated.

How are you connecting the Wii up to the TV?

Games console never ever come with decent cables.
I'd suggest buying, as you mention, the component cables.
Play.com have 'em for 18 quid here: www.play.com

Your tv may be HD but the Wii certainly isnt - offering 480p only i believe! Graphically on a par with the ps2 and Xbox.If you want to show off your tv then the 360 is the only way to go at present.
I was playing my Wii on my mums Sony 40" HD-TV and it looked fine to me.

Depends what you are playing I have found Zelda to be "Blurry" but I think thats simply the style of the game.

Look at the video reviews for Zelda and they are crisp clear.
Also i already have a 360 hooked up to me 20" HD PC monitor, and it's absolutely perfect for me.
My mate has a 1080p 42" and whilst watching the snooker i noticed the balls left a trace around the screen. is it when stuff is moving?
The Wii only uses standard definition, when you get larger TV's then you can't really avoid loss of picture sharpness. On my 32 HD TV there was a massive difference from the original Xbox & the Xbox 360 running in HD.

The Xbox seemed blurry, which never happened on my old telly which was 20. The Wii uses the same definition as the old Xbox & PS2 and is only twice as powerful as the gamecube.

It doesnt matter how good your TV is, when you are not putting in a HD signal. The bigger the TV the worse standard definition will look.
