its so easy peasy
2 ripe bananas170 grams caster sugar
170g s.r. flour
170 margarine
3 eggs
few drops vanilla essence
pop everything into a blender,pour into a greased or lined tin,bake for 1 hour.
can add cinnamon,nutmeg,honey,sultanas,choc chunks ,your choice

i have mine in the oven now and it smells delicious
A great favourite with the kids and good for them too, brilliant for packed lunches
Sounds great slinky (god you are ugly!) trouble is I don't have a blender so it may be a bit lumpy for me.lol
I am seriously allergic to bananas.....cant even stand the smell of them - that is psychosomatic......
That sounds wonderful...do you put all the ingredients in the blender in one go? Yum..thanks for the recipe.

I think I'm the same with eggs DT sometimes I get a whiff of them and I can't eat them, egg white especially runny makes me heave.
Gran, I don't use a blender - I find the bananas mash up fine if they are properly ripe (brown speckles), and just stir that into to the normal sponge mix.

yes just bung evertthing in a blender in the one go.mine was lovely by the way.
