I know somebody who has tried it and they said it was fantastic and their feet have never been so soft and smooth.

they offer whole body treatments for people with excema and psoriasis with those fish, I suggested it to my friend with the latter of the two conditions and she recoiled with horror! I'd give it a go just on my feet though!
