Can anyone recommend a nice starter thats pretty easy to make for 10 or so people for Christmas day?!

what about doing a three course kettle cusine banquet?
starter...............cup a spoup
main course.............pot noodle
pudding.......jelly all done by a kettle you dont even have to put your oven on
ok if you insist
