I've lost the instruction/recipe book for my pressure cooker. Does anyone have any idea how long I should steam a smallish steak and kidney suet pudding.

Thanks for that. I've done all sorts in the pressure cooker but never suet pudding.

Zacsmaster: The steak and kidney pud turned out fine but didn't fancy the Old Country Chicken Gizzards or Tripe Soup on the same page.
