Looking for a recipe containing the making of the pastry and using a Beef or Lamb filling for SAMOSAS

I have made them before with both beef and lamb and they were good;

Fry off some onions and garlic in a little olive oil
boil some peas on the side,
Add some coriander, curry powder, turmeric and a little flour to keep the mixture dry. Cook out completely, and add the peas then to your pastry.

Why not just buy the filo pastry I tried making it but was not successful.
