If I fry low calorie vegetables in low cal. spray oil, does it increase the calorie value of the cooked food by more than the value of the combined ingredients, or do the cals. remain at food + fat?

It may seem a daft question, but it's bothering me.

Many thanks, lg

Its just food plus fat. That low-cal oil is usually only 1 calorie per spray anyway.
