Does anyone have a recipe for a low fat flapjack type cake that is sweetened with honey and maybe dried fruit.

i make my own healthy biscuits
4 tbs butter
honey
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
150g porridge oats
75g white flour
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
50g raisins
mix butter andhoney
beat in eggs and vanilla add all other stuff then place spoonfuls on greased baking tray cook on180 for 10 mins
4oz Marge ..Stork or something or you can use a low fat one suitable for baking .
4oz Demerara sugar
1 Tablespoon honey.....a good dollop !
6oz Oats
2oz Dried apricots ..snipped into little bits
2oz Sunflower seeds
Grease a 7inch square cake tin
Put the marge sugar and honey in a pan and melt over a low heat ,stir in the oats ,apricots and sunflower seeds .Put in the tin and spread level ..Bake for about 30 mins in a preheated oven 160C or Gas3
Leave it to cool a bit then mark it into bars ..usually get about 8 ..Lift them out with a palette knife and leave to cool completely.

Thank you both so much. I'm trying to cut down my sugar intake, but I have a sweet tooth! These recipes are just what I was looking for.
