Hey my girlfriend has Coeliacs disase and im wondering if anyone knows of any gluten-free recipies, or websites containing them, so I can cook her a meal without making her ill! It would be best if you know of any naturally gluten free foods/recipies, but either will do! Thanks!

Dodgymanc you haven't made a lot of effort on behalf of your girlfriend. If you google for *gluten free recipes* you will find hundreds.
You can buy gluten free products in most supermarkets.
My Mum was diagnosed with this desease a couple of years ago and has had no problems getting gluten-free foods from most of the major supermarkets.
However, the worst thing is the bread - hard as nails and grossly expensive! So I bought her a bread-making machine and the manufacturers sent me a recipe leaflet for gluten free products. Best thing I ever did for her - it makes a loaf in an hour (no proving to be done) and actually looks and tastes like pukka bread.
For other recipes, there are several good cookbooks for gluten-free meals, check out the larger bookstores and as templeman says 'get googling on the net'.
My daughter and I are almost "gluten-free" and I just work around most recipes. Lots of countries don't have wheat, try checking Asian and African recipe sites. Use pure cornflour on fish.
