On my recent trip to the homeland, I was unable to purchase any crowdie!
Now the internet says it’s very simple to make and I was curious if it was as I may have a go.

I have already searched the internet Ozzy as per my question, I was after a personal experience.
If I cannot source it then I would like to have a go.
You can buy it online but that may not be a good idea at the moment and it would be expensive with postage.

Give it a go
What's a crowdie?

Scottish cheese

Barry thanks to Brexit it’s very difficult to get stuff like that sent to NI
I was thinking more from artisan cheese shops and delis in Northern Ireland, RH. Crowdie is sold in England and even Sainsbury's sell it, although a 'skinny' version.
This is an expensive way to make it but could be fun - they might deliver to Belfast

Unfortunately they don’t sell it in the shops here and I have tried a few cheese shops.
the link barry1010 has given seems perfect.
RD - Barry's link says that they post internationally. So I think that they should manage to send it to your little part of the UK.

I've never tried it.
