making toad in hole. Need 100g of flour. Even the UK sites say 1cup(American size cups)= 100g flour.
I'm sure when I was making scones I used 2 mugs of flour(I think that was a 100g)
Any thoughts?

Best batter recipe.... I cup (doesn't matter what size as long as you use it for all the ingredients) of plain flour with a pinch of salt 1 cup of half milk half water I cup of eggs. I dash of vinegar Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl pour in half the eggs and a little of the milk/water mix and beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute... add the rest of the eggs...

Svejk, if you are going to be making things, you do need some scales.
Have sausage and chips instead.

Do you have a measuring jug?
Break the eggs into a glass and then measure out equal volumes of flour and milk - isn't it a bit hot for toad in the hole?
^^^^1ml =1gramme for WATER only...
