I love soup and having it most nights at the moment.

What is your favourite? Not sure I could decide! I'm currently loving Morrocan Chicken soup on offer at Tesco, Morrisons Chicken and Sweetcorn (with added dark soy sauce) and an old favourite, chicken noodle simmer soup, then there is Heinz chicken and Heinz tomato...I may have a bit of a soup obsession...

Homemade Onion soup is king for me (made with Parmesan Reggiano), but Campbell's Chicken Gumbo jacked up with some Gumbo File and Cayenne pepper in a nice butter roux is a close second....
Gazpacho, with an obliging senorita to fetch ice
Cock o'leekie, or cullen skink - yum
I made some spicy carrot soup last week. It was delicious.

I also like pea soup, carrot and coriander and leek & potato.

Oooh yes, ramen too!

I love stilton soup though it's a very very rare treat (I don't even want to think how many calories, amount of fat..).

I always get warm fuzzy memories about potato and leek soup, I was on a random road trip at uni and we were coming back through the Brecon Beacons at night in the winter and stopped at a tiny pub in the sticks and we had the most gorgeous potato and leek soup and made us a cafetiere of coffee to share, just such a nice memory.
