I have a lot of dry biscuits and hate to throw them away; Has anyone any recipes for using them up?

Use them to extend the meat in a meatloaf
Crack them into fish soup.

thnakyou for your answers, any more will be appreciated. Fish soup YUK!!
Perhaps process them into crumbs. mixed with melted choc and a few bits of fruit and nuts and set in a tin. Cut into squares. This works for left over sweet biscs but dont know if would for savoury biscs. Perhaps worth a try.

Or process them into crumbs, mix with grated cheese and a few oats to use as a savoury crumble topping as mentioned
Some meatball recipes (eg one on the Sainsburys site) use crackers

Why throw them out, if hey go a little soggy or less crisp just lay them on a baking tray and pop them in the oven for a few minutes to dry out again, let them cool before puting your cheese on, ok

Also when you store them make sure your tin is air tight, and if you have one drop in a silicone bag ( they often come with new electrical gear to absorb moisture they work a treat.
